A friend of mine recommended Flex Movers. I contacted the owner, Solomon, and did a phone consult. The estimate was accurate. They were professional, punctual and accommodating. Sol noticed damage to the deep freeze. He informed me of it right away. They were amazing at getting items out of tight places. Flex Movers packed and moved me a very short distance from 2300 to 2700 Thimens. They broke a costly lamp, made a tear in my loveseat, broke the glass on a pic plus had many scratches on furniture. Very sloppy. Submitted a claim but they never followed up. Unanswered phone calls and texts. Shameful taking advantage senior lady of 80. I would NEVER NEVER recommend them anyone. BE AWARE STAY AWAY. Am following up with Consumer Protection and small claims court.

This crew has moved me 6 times in the last 15 years for work and various reasons. I have moved around the world for work and family, and I also work closely with multiple van lines for work, but nothing compares to this crew. After 6 moves, final one completed last week, I have yet to find any damaged items. This crew cares about your new place, they make sure everything is clean and the boys make sure the family members all feel safe during the work being done. I might not need to move again anytime soon, but I will definitely get all my house work and lawn maintenance by these guys, as Sol and the boys are the real deal in Edmonton!

We did have a couple of minor issues with 2 couches that were dirty from being stored on end . I was able to get a move date with only two weeks notice, and the owner answered all of my questions. He was upfront about the costs and requirements which I appreciated. Three movers with a good system used straps and dollies to steadily and efficiently move the furniture. No damage was done to walls or furniture. All movers were polite and professional. I would use Flex Movers again and recommend them to others.

The communication is always clear and helpful, and Solomon and the crew are responsive to whatever needs have arisen during my move. Solomon and his team moved us from Canada to Mexico in the fall of 2021. They did a great job, got clear answers and clear pricing (something no other mover provided). On arrival, everything was in the condition it left home in and every item arrived. Excellent coordination throughout the event to the minute the truck arrives at our new home. No other movers would commit to the timeline, Solomon did. A direct truck with only our stuff is very valuable!!! The FULL service of unpacking included was amazing, the team assembled and placed all our furniture and removed all the debris. They unpacked all the critical boxes we needed, it was like we had been there for 10 days on our first night, as everything was in its place. Thanks Solomon!

I had a 600 lbs item to be delivered. The crew was on time, professional, and respectful yet still managed to have fun while doing it. Finding the right group of guys is hard to find these days and these guys planned every aspect of the delivery. Everything from journey management plans to tight corners and height restrictions. The estimator did great in terms of time and payment. There were a couple of extra workers needed for the move for safety reasons and it was 100 percent justifiable. My Item was delivered with no damage. I will be using this crew from now on. Thanks guys

I used Flex 6 years ago and there was no question I was going to use them again on my move to my yay divorce house. Solomon communicated so well before, followed up to confirm before the move, and him and his team were at my place 4 minutes early and hit the ground running. it was a BIG move and even during a heat wave, and one mover being allergic to cats and sneezing, these guys kept smiles on their faces and went full throttle for nearly 8 hours. They were so careful with all my belongings and even took apart/assembled 2 beds and my squat rack. Ended the day just wanting to be friends with them because they are such a great group of guys! 10/10 recommend.

He was available for questions of any kind. There are no hidden extra fees and no surprises. The movers were incredibly careful to protect furniture, artwork, tvs, floors and walls. First move that I used Flex for went so well, when it was time to move again, didn't even consider anyone else. They still provided a quote and did follow up for details prior to the move. They were fully prepared to truck size, people and materials. Solomon and the crew were great and still amazed at the pace they moved right until the final items delivered. During the move when I mentioned about leaving some landscape rocks since so heavy and ackward, they said wasn't a problems and moved them as well.

Contacted Flex Movers for a move, they booked me in, asked me all the relevant questions related to my move, sent me a list of things that will help the move good smoothly. They were professional and contacted me the day before to confirm and before arrival. They used runners to protect my floors, had all the proper equipment and tools to move, disassemble and pack my items to ensure it was done carefully and correctly. After using other movers before I was nervous about using a moving company but Sol and Flex movers quickly made me feel comfortable and gave me a ton of confidence in there ability and professionalism. They went above and beyond by helping us move items around the house and assemble some items that weren’t moved. I had the opportunity to personally use the services of Flex Movers on November 21, 2020. Solomon and his team were extremely professional, well organized, and effective. Just as their scope of work describes the team with military-like titles, the team completed the move with military-like efficiency. The whole process was targeted and effective, and every request was followed with precision and made the whole process incredibly easy on me as the client. In addition to getting the job done properly, Solomon and his team were enjoyable to be around on the day of the move. While they primarily did the work, they were also very pleasant and fun to talk to whenever there was a chance. Moreover, they came extremely prepared (in fact, probably over prepared). The truck they used was impressive, to say the least, and there was no task they were given that they weren’t 100% prepared for in the moment. Overall, I had an excellent experience with Solomon and his team at Flex Movers and would not hesitate to recommend them for any move one has coming in the future.

We messaged a few other moving companies and found Flex Movers to be very reasonably priced all around. Solomon and team were very efficient, courteous and professional. We didn’t know what to expect with movers and we were so pleased. They were working so hard and knew exactly what to do with maneuvering awkward sized furniture through doorways, for example. What really impressed us was they were able to help us dismantle and assemble some of our furniture at the old house and new house which helped us save time and avoid the hassle. I also really appreciated the detailed email communication Solomon provided up front so I knew what to expect with the moving process like packing and being ready to go. The closings were not simultaneous so their belongings had to be stored for a time in Edmonton and then delivered to Calgary upon possession of their new home. I've been meaning to write a review since I used Flex Movers at the end of September! Obviously I can't stop thinking about the quality of service they provide as well as fair pricing. Communication was excellent prior to my move and as it was my first time doing a move, having them relieved a lot of stress. The moving team was very well organized so everything was a breeze. They come out and do an in home assessment, to ensure an accurate quote. The move went according to plan, the time given was quite accurate. There was a couple small hiccups, but Solomon the owner, took care of our concerns. He is the Mike Holmes of movers "Make It Right" and he did just that.

We used Flex Movers in the summer of 2019 to move my elderly grandmother and we couldn't have had a better experience. The communication leading up to the move was great, they were able to accommodate us on the date and time that we wanted, and the movers were amazing! This is the first time we have hired movers and I have to say it was a great experience. We hired Flex Movers for our move (we did our own packing) and I was very impressed right from the start. Rather than just giving me a quote over the phone, Solomon Amer came to our house to do a home visit. He went room by room taking inventory of everything we would need moved, they would even provide wardrobe boxes and mattress covers (at no extra charge). When the walk through was complete he able to determine how much manpower would be required, the size of truck and how long it would likely take to get the job done and with that provided me with a written quote. A couple days prior to the move Solomon contacted us to see if we had any questions or concerns with the upcoming move. The morning of the move they called ahead to say they were on their way and the three of them arrived right on time. Scott (one of the three movers, I don't remember the other two names) did a quick walk through to confirm all that was to be moved while the other two guys proceeded to lay down runners throughout the house so as not to dirty the floors/carpets. Once all this was done the move began, it was done quickly and orderly, not wasting any time to get things loaded. We got to the new place and again runners were laid down throughout to protect our flooring and the process began. We showed them the different rooms and everything was placed where we wanted it. If we changed our minds and wanted it moved again, no problem, it was moved again without issue. When they were done Scott presented me with an invoice that was fair and what I was expecting, there were no extras or hidden costs. The whole move experience was wonderful, all three of the guys that day were friendly, professional and very respectful of all our belongings. I actually felt like we were in the way some of the time because we did not have to move a thing. Scott and his associates did such a great job for us that day and I would definitely recommend Solomon Amer and his crew at Flex Movers for any move. Thanks to all!!

Flex Movers moved our daughter this week and we were very impressed. The fellows worked steady, hard and fast. We did not see them take a break except for a quick lunch which was long after the lunch hour. They were quiet and showed respect for the owner (who worked along side them) and the clients. The owner had a very nice manner with his employees and our daughter and son-in-law. They were very patient and responsive to where items needed to be placed in the new house. There were a few very small scratches which did not detract from the amazing job they did. We would certainly recommend this company to anyone.

Solomon and his guys were INCREDIBLE!! I was super ill on the day of my move and they did literally EVERYTHING. They took extra care at both the place I moved out of and the place I moved into. They laid mats down everywhere to prevent any marks on the floor. They wrapped ALL of my furniture up nicely for transport. I dont think I've ever treated my furniture that well. We moved in the middle of December, but the guys made sure to lay down plenty of carpeting through our old home and new home to make sure they weren't getting our flooring all muddy. We had to move a family member while they were in hospital and unable to pack or coordinate their move. Solomon came by on a Sunday to do an estimate, provided clear explanation for the costs, and followed up with a written estimate. We were moving our office from our 5000 square foot bay to our new 7500 square foot bay in Edmonton, and we were looking for a reputable moving service. So, we looked at the BBB website For "Flex Movers" because they had a high rating, great customer satisfaction, as well as great reviews under "reviews currently not recommended" on yelp here, so we asked Solomon to come out and do his "on-site assessment" for our move. He assessed every room and object that needed to be moved and came up with an efficient and decisive system that gave us confidence in the companies systems and protocol's that they had in place. Come moving day, everything went very smooth and there were no major issues. If we have any moves in the future, we'll be calling Flex Movers for sure!
